Global Rank 14 | Team Heracles

It is indeed a proud moment for Mar Athanasius College of Engineering as the ASME student's team HERACLES has secured a Global Rank of 14 in the IAM3D competition conducted by The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

2022 IAM3D competition challenged to design and manufacture a Ground Based Remote controlled vehicle.

For the event they managed to design and develop a 2WD off-road vehicle capable of stunt driving. The vast majority of the fabrication was done by additive manufacturing methods.

It's both exciting and inspirational to watch the ASME students nailing it again for the second time in bringing such a global recognition.
